Terms of service

These terms apply to the EzAI service provided by EzAI to business customers.

1. Service

EzAI provides an AI-based conversational assistant installed on the customer's store through a module, and an online customer space.

2. Free trial

A 3-day free trial is offered without payment details, limited to 40 conversations. One trial per store.

3. Subscription and prices

Prices exclude VAT. Monthly subscription, paid in advance by card through Stripe, no minimum term. A one-off setup fee may apply. Conversations beyond the plan's quota are either refused or billed per 100 on the next invoice, depending on the plan.

4. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your space; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after a grace period.

5. Liability

Answers are generated automatically and may contain errors; the customer remains responsible for the information on their store. Liability is limited to the amounts paid over the last three months.

6. Data

EzAI acts as a processor for the data of the customer's visitors. See the privacy policy.

7. Governing law

French law.
